We know that providing a healthy diet for children is important to parents. We want you to know that it’s important to Continental School District as well. Please read our health and wellness policy and health and wellness handbook, located elsewhere on this page. We offer breakfast and lunch to all students. All menus are comprised of federally mandated, healthy, well-balanced food. We also strive to teach and encourage students to make good food decisions on their own. Continental also participates in the free and reduced lunch program. Please take the time to complete the application online, or pick one up from the school office. Once you complete and return your application, we will take it from there.
Your child(ren) may qualify for Free or Reduced priced meals.

We know how busy life can be and how easy it is for things to fall between the cracks. In the event your child’s lunch account balance becomes delinquent, you will receive notice. If your child’s lunch balance falls below the amount equivalent to two (2) lunches, we will not allow him/her to accrue any further deficit. Continental students will never be denied lunch, however; they will be given an alternate lunch.
You can view and recharge your child’s lunch account, using the following link My School Bucks, as well as by check or cash. If you send a check or cash with your child, please place it in a sealed envelope with your child’s name, teacher name, and dollar amount written on the front of the envelope.
